If there is a problem with your order (a rare occurrence here at PaiPear!) please let us know immediately and provide photos and as many details as possible.

We will immediately work to make it right by reprinting your order or sending any missing items etc to you.

If for whatever reason you wish instead to ask for a refund, please note that this is at our discretion as we fully believe in fixing mistakes and giving us or our printer the chance at making it right. If your refund is granted, 10% of your full order fee is non-returnable.

We normally ask for a 10% deposit before using our services - this is to cover our time spent chatting to you, getting quotes, researching anything you were unsure about etc. Before deposit, we always have an initial chat about our products and services so you can be sure you want to go ahead with us and commit to our terms and conditions.

However if your order is straight forward eg a print your own design request, sometimes we go straight to ordering and take full payment straight away. Please note this 10% still applies to cover using our services eg our time and any mock prints etc.
