As the founder, designer, and chief coordinator here at PaiPear, I’m the one who takes your ideas from a vague concept and turns them into something gorgeous you can actually hold in your hands.

My whole goal is to keep your stationery planning completely stress-free. I'll make sure you're always on track with ordering so you can actually enjoy the build-up to your big day instead of sweating the timeline.

If you’ve got a specific vision that isn't quite sitting on the shop shelf, just ask! I love using my network of local independent businesses to source extra elements and connect you with the right people to bring your dream team of suppliers together.

When I’m not designing mini zines or coordinating orders, my life is wonderfully full:

• The Day Job: I’ve been a call handler for NHS24 since 2019, so I know a thing or two about staying calm under pressure and looking out for people.
• Family & Values: I’m a proud mum to my little ones, and as a practicing Buddhist, I try to bring genuine respect and compassion to every human I meet.
• Hobby Life: When I actually get a spare minute, you’ll find me at the Roller Rink or the Skate Park thinking I'm something. I love doing yoga and meditation, having a sing and dance about the house, gaming on the Xbox, or rolling for initiative in a game of Dungeons and Dragons.

Andrew is the muscle and precision behind our brand-new service focus—our official Chief Zine Maker! If you’ve got an 8-page mini zine or a clever folded project sitting in your hands, Andrew is the one making sure it’s cropped, folded, and finished to absolute perfection.

As Emma’s partner and a proud dad of two, Andrew keeps the PaiPear production lines running like clockwork while managing the glorious chaos of family life.

Before he started crafting stationery, Andrew spent years working as a chef at a five-star hotel. While he’s swapped high-end restaurant kitchens for print production, that exact same meticulous attention to detail carries over into every single batch that leaves the studio. And the best part? He still uses those masterchef skills to whip up incredible meals for the family at home.

• The Gym & The Skates: He’s a dedicated gym rat who likes to keep fit, though he was recently roped into roller skating by Emma. Let's just say he's still working on his balance!
• Dad Duty: Navigating life with two kids means there's never a quiet moment, whether he's playing referee or getting dinner on the table using his chef skills from 'back in the day' (the days where his knee caps didn't crack like that).
• The Craft: When it comes to getting your zines looking crisp, professional, and ready to impress your guests, Andrew’s hands-on approach means your stationery is in the very safest pair of hands.

Sam is the creative powerhouse behind the custom illustrations and art here at PaiPear. She has this uncanny knack for taking your scattered ideas (and let’s be honest, your complete mad ramblings) and transforming them into gorgeous, custom artwork that ties your whole stationery suite together.

When she’s not busy dreaming up unique designs for our projects, Sam leads a brilliant double life. She runs her practice as a remedial and soft tissue massage therapist based right in Cambuslang, specialising heavily in women's health, pregnancy, postnatal care, and expert scar work like C-section recovery. 

• The Art Life: Aside from sketching for PaiPear, Sam runs a weekly art club at Glasgow's Isle of Art and loves getting lost in her own painting when she gets a spare moment. 
• The Circle: She’s all about spending quality time with her family and friends.
• The Vibe: Universally known for being up for literally anything wacky, Sam is a total breath of fresh air and keeps things wonderfully fun in the PaiPear design room.

Nicole is the master of our plastic-free wax seals - tricky stuff to work with, but she somehow makes it look completely effortless. Right now, though, she's taking a well-earned break from the sealing station to tackle her most important role yet!

Her wee one arrived just this year (2026), so Nicole is currently deep in the newborn bubble, enjoying every single second of being a first-time mum.

When she's not busy changing nappies or working her magic behind the scenes at PaiPear, here is what Nicole is up to:

• The Day Job: Just like Emma, Nicole has been a dedicated call handler for NHS24 since 2019, keeping a cool head under pressure.
• The Need for Speed & Nature: She’s massive on fitness and cars—and fair warning, do not get her started on Lando Norris unless you've got a spare hour. Off-duty, you’ll usually find her and her husband out bagging as many Munros as they possibly can (or changing nappies now!).
• Music & Gaming: She is a certified Post Malone superfan and a self-proclaimed ‘Xbox Princess’. She can easily hold her own once she's in a game, but for goodness sake, just don't ask her to actually set the console up.

She’ll be back to crafting those gorgeous, eco-friendly wax seals for your stationery before you know it, but for now, we're just sending all the love to the new family of three!
