I started PaiPear to make beautiful, personalised stationery accessible for everyone. Working in the NHS, I saw how little time some folk have to plan the wedding of their dreams – and how quickly costs can spiral just by saying the word “wedding”!
Scrolling through TikTok, Pinterest, and Instagram makes it easy to dream big, but not everyone has the budget or hours to match. Sometimes, DIY is the only option – even when time is scarce.
That’s where I decided to step in. I began sourcing local, eco-friendly printing and putting my natural flair for design and organisation to good use, helping couples bring their dream stationery to life.
Along the way, I’ve discovered so many other NHS colleagues and local businesses who share my values – meaning I can offer special extras like wax seals and unique artwork, or recommend local suppliers for anything we don’t provide ourselves, from laser-cut wooden names to dried flowers for wax sealing.
At PaiPear, I’m all about high-quality products, exceptional service, and keeping things eco, ethical, and affordable – because your special day deserves both beauty and care, without breaking the bank.

Where possible, we show direct prices, and for items that vary (like cardstock or size), we base prices on the most popular choices.
Prices with PaiPear (unless stated otherwise) INCLUDE free UK delivery.
We believe in showing prices upfront. It helps you see that our stunning designs are genuinely affordable, and gives you a solid starting point for your budget.

How We Keep Costs Low
PaiPear is online-only, which lets us avoid overheads and pass the savings on to you.
We share videos and pictures of handmade samples so you can see exactly how your stationery will look – no waiting for post or guessing from pictures.

Personalised Quotes
Price points are useful – and purchasable – but some folk need a personalised quote so we can cater to your exact needs.
Personalised quotes also help reduce waste by printing only what you actually need, unlike set amounts from other providers like Canva.
PaiPear is an easy-to-use, personalised service. We focus on elevating your stationery to bring your dream to life – all within the same budget as big-name, faceless, automated print services.
For just a few extra pounds (when discussing minimum orders of around 30 invites), you can choose upgrades such as:
- Cardstock changes – e.g., hammered paper for a touch of sophistication (see cardstock video below)
- Lamination – perfect for bold colours
- Alternative envelopes – different paper types and colours to match your aesthetic
- Card shapes – pebble, arch, or circle
We can even print guest addresses on your envelopes to save you time and sanity. Whatever it is – we’ve got it handled!

Don't hesitate to ask for exactly what you want and from there we can help you be realistic, give you options, and achieve a high standard you'll boast about whilst staying within your budget.
For Square and Rectangular Designs, you can print custom sizes with us and create masterpieces that reflect your vision.
We don't charge extra for things that are commonly taken advantage of. You can print your menu's with individual names on them without selling a kidney. We simply add on cutting time / labour for customised or more complicated cuts and jobs.
No 'wedding tax' will be charged here!

Shop Responsibly
We do our best to source products that are plastic-free: our biggest boast is our plastic-free wax seals!
Our wax seals bring a uniqueness with every single one. They are the perfect embellishment for your stationery, and then the perfect small keepsake to take with you wherever you go.
Our local supplier Nicole has a selection of wax-seal stamps available included with the price points. Otherwise, we are happy to source your desired stamp such as personalised letters or a design that you simply fell in love with for cost to ensure you LOVE your guilt-free purchase.
Your price per seal is cheaper as you order more, so you can use this as an excuse to embellish anything and everything with a classy finish!
We have multiple colours available, please show us your inspiration and we will show you our closest options!
We also boast about using plastic-free sticky tape on items such as our table talkers, and have a trustworthy supplier for these future-proof tools that future orders might necessitate!
Canva and Digital Templates
If you fancy going digital, you can save a wee bit by finding a PaiPear template you love in our Etsy store or template gallery – who knows, it might even spark your own creativity!
You can use our templates for free when printing through us. Just let us know which design you need, either before or at purchase, and we’ll generate an editable Canva link for you to customise.
